Quartier Schützenstraße was built on a total area of approx. 8,540 m² and divided into 12 self-contained plots. Spanning a total area of approx. 8,540 m², Quartier Schützenstraße is an ensemble of buildings designed by the Italian architect Aldo Rossi in Berlin’s Mitte district, nestled between Schützenstraße, Charlottenstraße, Zimmerstraße and Markgrafenstraße.

In addition to its individual, multi-coloured façade and roof design of the individual building sections, the ensemble impresses with an attractive variety of uses with retail shops, restaurants, living spaces and prestigious offices.

Despite the different façade designs of the plots, the entire block was built with consistent storey heights. This allows for flexible leasing and, for example, the merging of rooms behind several façades. In addition to access via central staircases and lifts, the entrance areas can also be reached via the charming inner courtyards.
